Nicole Strombom

PhD Student, Public Health Sciences

Nicole Strombom studies law and its impacts pre- and post-implementation. Specifically, her latest research, coming into her program at Washington University in St. Louis, focused on racial equity tools and their impact on laws relating to the social determinants of health. Additionally, she has researched maternal mortality and racism. Nicole hopes to continue to use a racial equity lens with future Legal Epidemiology research to understand how laws affect differing population groups.
