Through an experiential learning process, I teach the courses that aim to integrate what students learn in their curriculum and practicum settings. Understand one’s role as a vehicle for anti-racist and social justice work and how to engage with others on this journey through interpreting the importance of diversity, inclusion, cultural humility, and an equity lens in practice settings and translating efforts to assess, support, and advance anti-racist practices or advance racial equity at the practicum site.
