Sharlene Lee

Sharlene Lee is a visual artist creating art installations related to personal history, cultural tradition and belonging. Using video projections and sculpture, her artworks are designed to facilitate a perspective shift from viewer to participant, playing upon narratives of contemporary power struggles such as modern versus traditional, east versus west, and male versus female.
