My work focuses on using system dynamics mapping and modeling to uncover, visualization, and examining mechanisms and pathways through which structural racism and other forms of structural marginalization operate. I use and teach methods of community based system dynamics and participatory modeling as a tool for community engagement toward strategy development for system transformation.
