Grace Drake is a second year graduate student at the Diversity Science Lab in the Psychological and Brain Sciences Department. Her research interests include perceptions of allyship and confrontations of bias. Her current work explores who is perceived as an ally when people experience racial or gender bias. She is also interested in designing interventions to increase confrontations of bias interpersonally.
