Mabel Morana

Work on race and ethnicity has resulted in the edition of two collective books (forthcoming).
1- Constructing the Racial “Other” in Latin America- Coordinated with Miguel Valerio. Encompasses 16 chapters on racial/ethnic issues and developments from colonial times to the present. 2- Poetics of Race (Mabel Morana, ed.) on symbolic representation of race in Latin American literature, arts, performance and cultural practices.
