Salvador Lopez Rivera

Salvador Lopez-Rivera is interested in contemporary French literature dealing with postindustrial urban and suburban spaces in France, including the politics and discourse about these spaces (with particular focus on neoliberalism and the French far-right). He also would like to contribute to the study of the increasing diversity (ethnic/racial, linguistic, religion, sex and gender.) in populations of modern-day French-speaking Europe. He has presented his work on these subjects in literary studies conferences and is presently preparing his field exams.
